The externally skived nose cavity promotes expansion, with skiving length and hollow-point wall thickness and depth optimized for deeper penetration than the original Trophy® Copper sabot slug. Redesigned sabot and wad components improve consistency, while temperature-stable sabot materials and propellants support consistent performance across changing weather conditions.
