Shipping policy

We are committed to providing a safe, compliant, and seamless shopping experience. Please review the following policies before placing an order for firearms or ammunition. Shipping Rates

  • Our standard shipping rates begin at $13 for most accessories — regardless of quantity purchased.
  • Larger or heavier items typically ship within the $15–$30 range.
  • Gun powder is currently not eligible for shipping due to courier restrictions and is available for in-store pickup only until further notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations, heavy goods, or oversized packages. Any applicable surcharges will be quoted separately.

Weekend Shipping Notice:
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or anytime over the weekend will be processed and fulfilled, and shipped on Monday, as courier services do not operate on weekends.

Address & Licensing Requirements

  • We ship within Canada only; international orders are not available.
  • A valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) and date of birth are required for verification prior to order processing.
  • If shipping to an address other than the one associated with the Chief Firearms Officer (CFO) — such as a business — we must first verify the address with the RCMP.
  • Federal regulations require all ammunition sales to be properly recorded.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas based on courier rates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ammunition and dangerous goods must be shipped by courier; Canada Post cannot transport ammunition.
  • Firearms and Ammunition shipments include tracking and require an 18+ signature upon delivery.
  • Firearms, ammunition, and related products cannot be shipped to PO boxes or access points. Orders must be delivered to a physical address that matches the PAL.

Processing & Timeframes

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for ground delivery in Ontario.
  • For all other provinces, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.
  • Backordered items ship upon arrival and receive priority handling.
  • Restricted firearms will ship only after the transfer process is completed. While transfer timelines are outside our control, we submit requests the same day for orders received before 5:00 PM whenever possible to help ensure priority.


U.S. Customers

FWGC has temporarily suspended shipping to the United States  

This decision is due to U.S. Customs tariff policies, which may apply to all U.S.-bound orders, including products manufactured in Canada or abroad. These tariffs can vary significantly and are assessed by U.S. Customs, with all related duties, taxes, and fees being the sole responsibility of the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Due to the uncertainty and variability of these charges, we have paused U.S. shipping at this time.
