Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Fishing World Gun Centre (FWGC), we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete all returns.
Final Sale Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Firearms
- Air guns and black-powder guns
- Ammunition, gunpowder, primers, reloading lead and brass, and bullets
- Binary explosives and projectiles
- Broadheads and field points
- Knives, axes, and hatchets
- Treestands
- Mouth calls
- Crossbows and compound bows

Animal scents (including bear spray, coyote spray, urine, and similar products)
Online Order Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the cost of the product only and do not include original shipping charges.
