The internal StrikerFire system in Traditions' Vortek StrikerFire Muzzleloader replaces the external hammer for a fast-cocking muzzleloader – giving you the ability to mount your scope closer to the bore. To cock, the striker button slides forward until it locks, while a recessed button allows it to be easily de-cocked. The lightweight, rugged and reliable LT-1 alloy frame sports a durable, weather-resistant Premium CeraKote finish and is mated to a lightweight 28" chromoly tapered fluted barrel. Speed load system. Creep-free, two-stage TAC2 Trigger is factory set at 2 lbs. Hogue Comfort-Grip overmolding on the Monte Carlo-style stock ensures a firm grip in any weather conditions.
